Toy Line an Exciting New Collection of Characters, Shapes, and Gaming Action!
Toronto, ON – March 10, 2010 – The call to brawl can be heard far and wide this month as Bakugan fans share their excitement about the launch of the new Bakugan Season 3: Gundalian Invaders toy line.
Featuring an exciting new collection of weapons and characters, the Bakugan Season 3: Gundalian Invaders toy line gives true warriors the opportunity to act out the adventures of Dan, Marucho and Shun, as they attempt to save Earth from the evil Twelve Orders, as seen on Bakugan’s hit TV series, Bakugan Battle Brawlers: Gundalian Invaders airing this Spring.
Coming off an incredibly successful 2009, the new Season 3 toy line launches this month due to high demand from brawlers who can’t wait to expand their collections, learn new game strategies, and gain an advantage over their friends with the latest brawling gear.
Adding to the excitement of the new toy line this Spring, the Season 3 Bakugan line marks a new era in Bakugan battling with the launch of an all new, and free, Bakugan online game – Bakugan Dimensions! Every Season 3: Gundalian Invaders Bakugan and Bakugan Battle Gear will come equipped with an exciting new heat activated online access code that magically appears by rubbing it with your finger. Once the code has been unveiled, players may enter it online at www.bakugan.com where that specific Bakugan character will appear in Bakugan Dimensions so you can battle online against people from around the world. Players can also create and personalize their own Bakugan brawler, chat with friends, show off their Bakugan collection, and more.
Starting April 1st all Season 3: Gundalian Invaders access codes entered online at www.bakugan.com will automatically be entered to win one of four, Bakugan Season 3: Gundalian Invaders prize packs.

Hello again brawlers!
Welcome to the third installment of Battle Tactics with BrightLight!
Last month I focused on early placement of specific Gate Cards, so this month I would like to focus on the opposite strategy, late placement. As I’m about to explain, timing is crucial and knowing your Gate Cards well enough to decide when to place them can give you the winning edge.

Gate Card Placement, Tip #3: Late Placement
Some Gate cards are clearly best when played late in the game. Cards like Naga or Oberus are obvious examples. These cards give a bonus for each Ability, or Gate card, in EVERY used pile, an affect that will have a much bigger results when placed later in the game.
Additionally, this strategy can be ridiculously powerful in a 4-player game as the number of used piles and total used cards are up to twice as many as a regular brawl.
So get to know your Gate Cards, and strategize to get the maximum benefit from their affects by thinking about timing.

Bakugan is pleased to announce the Gundalia’s Most Photogenic forum contest! Users are encouraged to whip out their cameras and get their Season 3 Gundalian Invader Bakugan ready for close-ups!
Participation is easy as 1-2-3! Users simply take a photo of their Season 3 Bakugan Gundalian Invader Bakugan in an awesome pose, an outrageous background, a hilarious situation...anything that makes their entry stand out! Then, they post the photo directly to the official contest thread or upload the image to the forum photo gallery and post the link so an Admin can verify the entry.
The top three entries at the end of the month, March 31st, will be awarded the Grand Prize: a Bakugan 7 in 1 Maxus Dragonoid! Additionally, one randomly selected entry will also receive a Bakugan 7 in 1 Maxus Dragonoid, which means brawlers of all photographic skill levels have a chance to win!

BAKUGAN’S FIRST EVER
BAKUCON U.S. CHAMPION & #1 RANKED BRAWLER
Fanatics of the toy and TV phenomenon Bakugan traveled from all over the country to New York's Roseland Ballroom on the weekend, for their chance to be crowned the first ever Bakugan national champion at Baku-Con. Christopher Ruff of Cerritos, California won the title, besting thousands of tournament hopefuls from Chicago, Los Angeles, Dallas, Orlando and New York.
Thousands packed the Roseland Ballroom over the weekend, as kids not only came to compete, but also to participate in a wide variety of Bakugan activities. Spin Master flew in 128 of the top Bakugan brawlers from across America to compete in the weekend's championship event, who had been competing in regional Baku-Con tournaments since the beginning of January.
"Kids are crazy over Bakugan, and they really loved the Baku-Con experience," said Harold Chizick, VP Global Communications and Promotions for Spin Master. "They came out in droves for each of the regionals, and the Roseland Ballroom was buzzing with excitement over the weekend. The action was just amazing. Congratulations to Christopher Ruff for being an amazing brawler, and becoming the first ever Bakugan national champion."
Regional Baku-Con champions are Chicago's Abel Fernandez, Los Angeles' Elijah Torres, Dallas' Nick Spagnoletti, Orlando's Matt Torres, and New York City's Andrew Perico.
