Aquos Brawler of the Twelve Orders

He has a split personality: one of an angel, the other the devil. When he's an angel he is fun to be around, but when he is in devil mode, he is frighteningly cruel and no one can stop him. An Aquos Battler, Stoica has lots of tricks and moves during battle and opponents have a hard time reading him. He has saved Gundalia many times with his ingenious battling abilities. The youngest of the 'Twelve Orders,' he partners with Lythirus.

Season 3 - Gundalian Invaders
- Stoica is like Shadow fromt eh New Vestroia arc --- crazy, laughs maniacally, and likes to irritate others.
- It appears as if he doesn't act on his orders seriously, but in the end he still gets the job done.
- He is the only one of the Twelve Orders who have so far showed his humanoid form, when he and Ren were sent to get more brawlers from Bakugan Interspace.
- It was Stoica who let Barodius hear Airzel talking about Gill's plan to kill Kazarina, resulting in Barodius' anger at everyone and killing them all.
- Stoica remained loyal to Barodius and kept fighting on his side. But Barodius also got him killed when they shot down Dragonoid Colossus. Stoica got caught in the fire, and Barodius hardly cared.
