Guaranteed 700g Bakugan!
Hmm.. I was not expecting that there wouldn't be any Mechtanium Surge Bakugan on the list. With the explosive yet mysterious introduction just last month, I was thinking that even one would make it to the top best selling list. But not even one Mechtanium Surge Bakugan made it to this month's list of Top 10 Best Selling Bakugan. Maybe some more time is needed for the season 4 Bakugan to make their appearance on the list.

Last time, only Teletoon had the air time for Bakugan season 4 confirmed. Cartoon Network was still replaying the episodes of Bakugan Season 3, Bakugan: Gundalian Invaders. It still is, actually. Cartoon Network is not done showing replays of season 3. Good news though, because it has set aside Saturdays to show brand new episodes of Bakugan: Mechtanium Surge! It actually already started a week or two ago.
Here are the confirmed air times for the fourth season of Bakugan:
Bakugan Battle Brawlers Join Forces With All New Mechtogan To Save Their Universe!
A year has passed since the Bakugan Battle Brawlers defeated the Twelve Orders and Emperor Barodius. Peace has returned to Neathia and Gundalia. The "Grand Prix Bakugan Tournament" finds Dan and the Brawlers challenged for their t.itle as the number one battlers! But all is not what it seems. Unknown to Dan and Drago, their exposure to Code Eve and the Sacred Orb in the final battle on Neathia has infused them with powers they are unable to control! This energy has unleashed a powerful force in the form of Mechtogan! Dan, Marucho and Shun must unite once again as they battle with their combined strengths to overcome a powerful enemy who is unleashing an army of dark Bakugan who threaten their Universe!
Bakugan Mechtanium Surge, the fourth season of the Bakugan Battle Brawlers, will continually air at the following times:
Dan's out of brawling.. at least for this episode. After a fight with Shun and Marucho, he goes lone wolf mode but he does see the wisdom of Shun and Marucho's suggestion to stop brawling for a while. Now if only they could just talk again and patch things up. Their friendship is a little wobbly at this stage.
While I'm not happy with the results of the latest battle in the episode, I still think it was impressive. There was the downside that the brawlers are losing fans while Sellon and Anubius get more points. But hey, look at these incredible new Bakugan:
While the brawlers' dilemma about Drago's power and Dan not playing is the emotional focus of this episode, it is not exactly the highlight. There's still Mag Mel and his plans, of course. We see the force of Mag Mel introducing the Cyclone Percival Bakugan (Haos, Pyrus, and Darkus) to two brainwashed brawlers and using them to challenge the brawlers! There's also Sellon, still trying to recruit Shun, and then there's Anubius, still trying mind games on Dan. I think Anubius might mean well, but I saw the preview to the next episode and I saw... well, just watch the episode plus the preview to next week's episode.
Here's this week's episode:
Bakugan Mechtanium Surge Episode 5: Tri-Twister Take Down
Let's tune in next week to see if Dan finally gets to know about Mag Mel. It looked like he was having visions again in the preview. You can watch the previous episodes and seasons, as well as look out for the new episodes in the future, at Bakugan Tv Show.
Due to the appearance of new arsenals Mechtogan, Mechtogan Titans, and BakuNano, the Bakugan has become more and more formidable and powerful on the field with all the weaponry and support pieces available for a power boost. To make the game more challenging and to control the massive power boosts, there have been changes made to the Gameplay of the Bakugan game. Some of these changes have already been announced at the updates post here.
Today's post will talk about the changes to the use of Bakugan Battle Gears as one of the support pieces in a brawl. Mechtogan and Mechtogan Titans are considered support pieces in a game. The general rule now is that only 2 support pieces are allowed in battle. Of course, this would affect the usage of the other support pieces like the Battle Gear.
Here are the main points to remember starting this season when we brawl with Battle Gears:
Q: Can I use Battle Gear with Bakugan from any series and type?
Yes! Battle Gear can be used in gameplay with any Bakugan from series 1, series 2 (New Vestroia), series 3 (Gundalian Invaders) and Series 4 (Mechtanium Surge). While Bakugan Battle Gear will only physically attach to specific Gundalian Invader Bakugan from Series 3, that doesn't mean you can't (or shouldn't) use it with a series 1 or series 2 Bakugan. When using a Battle Gear with a Bakugan that does not specifically attach to its back, simply open the Battle Gear on the Gate Card in battle and process it as you normally would, as stated below.
Q: How many Battle Gear can I have in my set up?
You may have up to two total support pieces, in any combination to start a game. For example, you can have 2 Battle Gear OR 1 Battle Gear and 1 Mechtogan OR 1 Battle Gear and 1 Trap, etc.
Q: How many Battle Gear can I use in a battle on a Gate Card?
The rules for support pieces have changed. You may only use one support piece such as a Battle Gear, Mechtogan, Mobile Assault or Trap per battle, per Gate Card.
Q: How do I use Battle Gear in battle?
Bakugan Battle Gear are played during a battle with your standing Bakugan (from your unused pile). Place your Battle Gear on the back of your Bakugan to open it. It may also be opened on a Gate Card next to your Bakugan. Add the G-Power revealed on the inside of the Battle Gear to your battling Bakugan.
If your Bakugan's Attribute matches either of the Attributes listed on your Battle Gear reference card, then you get that Ability as well; Or, if your Battle Gear matches the color of the Gate Card being battled on (Gold, Silver, or Copper Attribute) you may choose any one Ability on the Battle Gear reference card to use in this battle.
Battle Gear move like regular Bakugan. At the end of a battle, they move to your used pile. When you have no Bakugan to roll, all of your Bakugan, Bakugan Trap, and Battle Gear move to your unused pile.
Q: Do I need to have a Battle Gear Reference Card for my Battle Gear at all times?
No. You can use Battle Gear in its basic form to boost G-Powers of the Bakugan that you use it with. However, it is recommended that you always have a Battle Gear Reference Card for each Battle Gear piece in order to take advantage of the additional abilities the card allows you to have.

This news is a little late in sharing. I'm sure a lot of you have already come across these changes and updates.
EDITED: The main site of Bakugan, Bakugan.com, has finally been updated back in the beginning of March. The background is that of Zenthon and Dredeon (I thought it was Venexus) facing off each other. We also get to have a good look at the new Mechtanium Surge Bakugan that can be found in the Collection of the site.
Not everything in Bakugan.com has been updated, however. While the background, the Bakugan collection, the Cards, and the Gameplay have been updated with new information and pictures, it seems the Bakugan.com Universe is not. The Gundalians plus Julie, Jake, Ren, and Fabia are still on the Characters database, and Dan, Shun, and Marucho are still sporting their season 3 outfits. With all the secrecy regarding the Mechtanium Surge season, maybe Spinmaster isn't ready yet to give any more spoilers.
Bakugan Dimensions has also been updated, and there's this quick update in case not everyone has read it:
Travel between Earth and Interspace
To travel to Interspace, use the Internet Terminal to "Log in to Interspace." The Internet Terminal is located next to the DNA console in front of the School.
To travel back to Earth, use the Internet Terminal in the Interspace Plaza to "Log out of Interspace." The internet terminal is located near NPC Jason Willis. Please note this will not log you out of Dimensions.
Travel between Earth and Neathia
To travel to Neathia, walk through the starburst Portal located in the Downtown plaza. The portal is located just west of the fountain.
To travel back to Earth, walk through the starburst Portal located in the Neathia plaza, which is the same portal that brought you to Neathia.
Please note the World Map will display only the areas of the world you are in. If you are on Earth then your World Map will show the area maps on Earth. If you are in Interspace, then your World Map will show the Interspace area maps. And if you in Neathia, your World Map will display the Neathia area maps.
There were also updates on the Gameplay FAQ, which are mostly about the use of the Mechtogan, Mechtogan Titans, and BakuNanos in brawling.
In your set up to start brawling, you may have up to two (2) support pieces in any combination. Support pieces include Mechtogan, Mechtogan T.itans, Battle Gear, Mobile Assaults and Traps.
During a battle on a Gate Card you may only play up to one (1) support piece. This has changed from the previous rule of being able to play all your support pieces during battle on a Gate Card.
You may have up to three (3) BakuNano in addition to your support pieces and you may play all 3 BakuNano during battle on a Gate Card.

Gameplay FAQ
I was first confused with whom the title was meant for, whether it meant the brawlers or Sellon and her cronies. There was a chance that it may not be the brawlers falling from grace, because Dan and Shun in a tag team would NEVER lose! But then I guess there was another meaning to it all, that it's not just about winning a brawl but also winning the fans and their admiration.
In this latest episode, we finally get to see Shun in action! We also get to see him (although in a tag team) battle it out with Sellon, who is also a Ventus brawler. There's also his quality of being a very very very patient friend to Dan, who just doesn't seem to think things through more clearly. He still goes in for a battle, and goes on to full power with Drago even when it's not advisable in Drago's condition. Drago managed to control his power in the end, but at a huge price.
Watch the latest episode here:
Bakugan Mechtanium Surge Episode 4: Fall From Grace
It really looks as if it's Sellon who is working for Mag Mel. Shun has noticed that she's got something planned, but all he has for now are suspicions. And the nerve of Sellon, trying to poach Shun into her team. NEVER!
You can watch the previous episodes and seasons at Bakugan Tv Show, as well as look out for the new episodes in the future.
