I'm pretty sure it's a joke. Ditto is a Pokemon, and a Pitfall trap is from Animal Crossing.

Yeah, Ditto's a Pokemon that can take on the shape and powers of any other... thing, anything really. And I chose Pitfall as a joke, "A Pitfall Trap" also from Pokemon- Sort of. I really have dug pitfall traps before...

Maybe is Dual Attribute, Pyrus+Darkus. You can see red and black in the picture.

That makes some sense seeing as the whole dragon is black, then the wings are red.
