A clear bakugan is useful because your opponent will usually have a g-power bonus oriented towards the element of their bakugan and by tossing a clear bakugan that copies said element can also grab the huge bonus, thus trying to counter your opponent's strategy.As for Naga, I have no idea, but it seems to be for the same reason.

No, you get to use one in addition to the three main Bakugan. So, in total: 4.

Think of it more like a fourth ability card than a Bakugan.

Well, actually it doesn't come down to luck. Each pack has a pre-set bakugan with a predetermined Gpower and cards. IE, All Boosters with a Pyrus Moskeeto will always come with the same Gs and cards, whereas in a starter it'll be different. Sometimes, not often, they will be different, so always bring a pin to scratch off the sticker.

...and you don't get into any trouble for doing that...?
