its an import. i have seen several different “glitter” bakugan. im thinking it may be the special treatment for a new series.

I seriously beleive that they are knock offs….Most of them, regardless of their color have the Haos symbol on them. Don't get me wrong, Some of them are pretty cool. I have even bid on some of them. However, I believe that some of these truley unique ones are not made by spinmaster.

I can't help you about the glitter, but the Bakugan with no G-power is official.It is real, but it was a factory mess-up... It can't really be used in battle(since it has no G-power), it was a factory mistake, it's basically only for collecting. It doesn't count as 0Gs, or infinity as some kids say.
