Copy Cat can only take the G Power of a Bakugan in my used pile, but I used three so now Skyress is in my UN-Used pile, copy cat has no effect since I am Using: Haos Terrorclaw(Inbattle) Haos Skyress, and Haos Vulcan, and since I used Vulcan then Skyress, after using TerrorClaw they go to my unused pile.

but this is the third battle and u dont get ur guys back from the used pile until the battle is over

Wrong. The rules state that when you have no more Bakugan Left to use, you send the BAkugan in your used pile to your unused pile, as I have none left in my Un-Used.
