Neo Drago Vortex less spin?

Ok my Neo Drago vortex is spinning less and less than it did before. WTF IS WRONG WITH IT??? I don't wanna take it back but I might have to if its breaking! It only spins for less than a second.

Yeah. I think theres something inside that is catching. I can't take it back I threw away the packaging!!! :@Its the friction between the two halfs! It has too much of it!!!

I took it apart. Vortexes are a piece of crap. They don't spin more than the original spins I can tell u that! >:(

Yeah. I think theres something inside that is catching. I can't take it back I threw away the packaging!!! :@Its the friction between the two halfs! It has too much of it!!!

If there's too much friction between the two halves, I suggest you just unscrew it a little, loosen it up.

If there's too much friction between the two halves, I suggest you just unscrew it a little, loosen it up.

U can't. There is a flat screw holding it together!

Then how did you take it apart?

The bottom half has 2 screws in it! If u have one u can take the bottom off! The spinning part can't come off!
