      I'm not sure what that hole is for, just like the hole in the back of Viper Helios. Maybe they combind to form a mini Maxus?

      Metal Fencer doesn't have a hole that I noticed, but he does have 2 pegsand he can connect to helios.

      Like I said, Viper Helios has a hole in his back for no reason whatsoever. It's a Maxus-shaped hole, BTW. I'll try to connect my Metal Fencer to my Helios, and see if it's the right size for a Maxus peg.
