Elico doesn't even resemble being made of metal, the answer is no. As for Vulcan, he IS mechanical.

Hard to tell, but Vestals didn't make any taps (except for maybe Wired, who still technically isn't a trap anyway) so if he IS mechanical, its just natrual. Just like Mealfencer and maybe Hylash (Really now, what is Hylash even supposed to be?)

Hylash is a Hylash, and Metalfencer isn't natural, and you forgot about Fortress, Dynamo, and the maxus Traps, an if Hexados is mechanical if would have to be natural, because he appeared before Altair

I agree, he's even not natural mechanical. I think he is just wearing a suit as we can all see his thin arms inside the large rocket punches and this really makes me lol
