Elico doesn't even resemble being made of metal, the answer is no. As for Vulcan, he IS mechanical.

Im not dening that laserman and robatalion is mechanical but you sayed that vulcan is mechanical which i think is wrong because only altair and haddes where the only mechanical

You do realize that neither Robotallion OR Laserman are Altair/Hades, correct? Seeing as you stated that Laserman IS mechanical but that there are only two mechanical Bakugan them being Altair and Hades.
