Everyone who spells it Premo Vulcan. First off, that would be pronounced “Preh-Moe”, not “Pree-Moe”. Also, where did they come up with Premo?

There is no Regular Vulcan, Primo Vulcan is first, prove me wrong by pictures or statement.
