Welcome, Dual Hydranoid. I agree about Hydranoid being the best from sason 1, but NV's top and overall top for me is Altair. Hydranoid's at number three for me.Anyways, I'm currently holding the title of Dr. BakuDex, so ask me if you have any questions. If I can't answer them for you, then ask some other people on here.
