for all of those who have been to the tour,do we have to sign up online or bing a form of some sort? or do we just show up?

You just show up, and they give you a form to sign up, wierd thing is that you have to put your adress and E-Mail…

Get that idea out of your head! Its just one big baby noob convention. Seriously, theres no such thing as World Championships.
