Cards needed: Mana Surge,(Ability) Wind Shutdown, and (Ability) Light ShutdownBakugan: Any Darkus Bakugan Why it works: Because Darkus is the only one not on either of the cards, thus allowing it to use it to the fullest.How to:First make sure you have one of the Shutdowns in your unused pile, now start a battle on Mana Surge. Mana Surge will let you bring in any ability card from your collection, in this case the other Shutdown. Now that you have both Wind and Light Shutdown you can either: A) wait for another gate card with a higher darkus boost if you have another Darkus Bakugan or B) play one of them them now. If you are up against an Aqous (the only one on both cards) play them together to get an extra 200g boost.

I don't have Wind Shutdown, so I can't do this. I need to get it, though.

Its nice to know at least one person thinks its ok. Also can traps be set when your bakugan stands but befor you rival rolls his? (If so I have a epic plan)

No, they cannot. Only during a battle can a trap be played.

Im not sure you can use Wind Shutdown and Light Shutdown together, they're 2 seperate abilities.

IIRC, you can take turns playing ability cards. I will edit my post to sort some confusing things that I found.
