This episode had Kazarina's fate written all over it. She's the mistress of casting spells and brainwashing techniques, after all. Question: How do we break a spell when it is tied to the master's life? Answer: Destroy the master. In this episode, this is exactly what was done to Mistress Kazarina of the Twelve Orders.

Normally, it is usually the hero or the protagonist who kills the enemy. In Kazarina's case, she was killed by her own teammate. But given how much betrayal and scheming goes around the Twelve Orders, is it any wonder she backstabbed by one of their own? What is so sad about her death is Lumagrowl now has lost his partner. Personally, I think Lumagrowl could find a better partner than Kazarina. He even turned against her just to battle Aranaut on his own. The part where Lumagrowl walks off slowly was really sad.

On a brighter note, we get to see Lene, Zenet, and Jesse back in their normal selves! Barodius now only has Gill, Stoica, and Airzel on his side. Looking at the preview for the next episode, however, maybe the Gundalians still have the upper hand because of Dharak's enormous power.

EDIT: Apologies again because off the delay of this post. The tv show really took a long vacation over the holidays that I almost forgot that the 36th episode was already out!

So let's cut to the chase. We only get snips of the battle between the brawlers and the Gundalians, and basically Drago was the only one not really hurt. While the other brawlers had a hard time bringing down even just one of the Gundalians, it was like Drago didn't even break a sweat as he took down ALL of them. After taking them down, Dragonoid Colossus took them through the portal to Neathia, while Stoica and Airzel went after them. Throughout this entire time, Kazarina and Fabia are battling each other. Their battle is actually the highlight of the episode. Just as Aranaut was about to lose, help comes in the form of Mason, and --- lo and behold! --- Nurzak. Seriously, just how many times does this guy have to be presumed dead and then turn up alive and well in the future?

Oh! Also look forward to the new partnership of Linus and Rubanoid! This shouldn't have been surprising, as they're both Pyrus brawlers and they both lost partners, and we couldn't expect Ren to handle two Bakugan. But I was surprised, nonetheless. Hurray for these two! It was great seeing Linus and Rubanoid brawling again.

Last Saturday, the latest episode was aired and we saw Jake finally get out of Kazarina's hypnosis. It was already quite obvious from last week's preview, but there's nothing wrong with being certain.

The mushy moment of this episode belongs to Aranaut and Fabia, when Aranaut confessed that he remembers everything about his capture in the past and about Jin. The most villainous title still belongs to Kazarina; she knows no bounds when it comes to evil deeds. In the latter part of the episode, Barodius and Dharak have already broken the third shield, and Neathia is now in very big trouble with the brawlers being surrounded by what's left of the Twelve Orders.

I still find it funny the way Strikeflier makes his pose while combing or grabbing his hair.

Saturday's episode, Final Strike, was not so final, after all. All we got were cliffhangers and questions. But I guess, at the very least, we've got at least three brawls to look forward to on the next episode.

Dharak was successfully evolved into Phantom Dharak, and Kazarina was made second in command afterwards. Hmm.. is Gill angry at Barodius? Oh yes, he is. Will it be enough to make him go against the Gundalians? Hmm.. That's a question. Mason has also acted somewht suspicious here. I really don't know which side he's on now. Jake is also acting like he's breaking through the hypnosis. He might be the one to save Dan and Drago next episode. I tell ya, they're all just cliffhangers!

Saturday came and went and we've got the latest episode of the season 3 Bakugan series. Sorry that it always takes up to Mondays for us to post the episode here, guys.

As with this episode, hmmm.. I'm really not thrilled with how the Brawlers are going about their rescue mission. They haven't gotten one step closer to succeeding. They're actually on the verge of failing. Dan and Drago have been captured. Jake is still on his hypnotized rampage. Fabia and Ren are out of ideas and are taking on Mason's suggestion (whatever it is). Shun had to avoid capture and could not save Dan. And Marucho is just about embroiled and emotional over Jake's betrayal to think straight.

    Here's the latest episode:
Bakugan Gundalian Invaders Episode 33: Jake's Last Stand

I'm really curious about the title. I thought it was because maybe Jake would get out of the hypnosis. But as that is not the case, and after what happened with battle against Marucho, it's like they're making it out that Jake died or something. Of course, this is just my opinion. We'll know more in later episodes what really happens to Jake.
