Guaranteed 700g Bakugan!
I really wish SM and the Tv show creators would just tell us who the other protagonists are already. Spectra is said to be coming back, and as a Darkus brawler this time, but when?! I want to see him brawl already. I have to say, though, I still have doubts whether he really will be back this season, because his name is nowhere in the credits. Plus, all we have on the Subterra and Haos brawlers are names and we don't know who's who yet. No clue, too, as to when they'll show themselves.
Watching episode 2 somehow lifted my spirits up. There's definitely a lot of action for just the second episode of the season. We see Tristar battle for the first time, and we also get to meet the first Mechtogan that Drago has unleashed: Zenthon. He's bigger than I expected, and looks like a cross between a Bakugan and either a Gundam or Transformer (I really still don't know what to think about these Mechtogans). Someone is also reporting to Mag Mel and Razenoid --- wonder who that was.

Look out for the tag team of Anubius and Sellon (who used Ventus brawling)! It was a good battle, and I forgive them for taking the spotlight away from Shun.

Well, I've held out as long as I could as I research to find out more about the new season with only the first episode out. I've kept you guys waiting long. So let's now officially welcome the fourth season of the Bakugan animated series, Bakugan: Mechtanium Surge!
It's now been over a year since the Gundalian-Neathian war was over, and we can now see more mature looks in our three recurring heroes Dan, Marucho, and Shun (attitudes are still the same, though). Dan still has Pyrus Titanium Dragonoid, of course. Marucho and Shun have new partner Bakugans, however, in the forms of Gundalian Aquos Tristar and Neathian Ventus Taylean. Tristar pretty much fits the stereotype of Marucho's past Bakugan --- talkative, could be funny but this time a little meaner. Taylean also fits Shun's personality --- spouting wisdom quotes and calm and quiet.

We also see some new faces! Memorable and important ones are Anubias, leader of Team Anubias and a Darkus brawler. He could be the Darkus brawler of the season. He is the 2nd ranked brawler in Interspace, after Dan. At 3rd place is Sellon, a Subterra brawler (could be our Subterra brawler of the season). Shun comes in 4th, by the way, and Dan reasons that if Shun battled more instead of just training they would be tied in first place.

The first episode pretty much lays out the storyline of season, although there are still some questions that needs to be answered in the coming episodes (like who the Haos brawler would be, hoping it's not that Dylan guy). We get some look into the visions that Dan and Drago have, and how monstrous and evil the Mechtogan look. We'll know more in the next episodes, so stay tuned!

We're keeping tabs on any previews of the fourth season of the Bakugan: Mechtanium Surge animated series. For now, all we can do is wait for the premiere of the new season on this day and time:

Teletoon: February 13th, 2011 @ 1:30 pm

TV Schedule: ???
Cartoon Network is still running a rerun of Bakugan: Gundalian Invaders. So we still do not know when it will start showing the Mechtanium Surge arc.

And it's the end of the third season! This is the last of the Gundalian Invaders arc, and the finale to the war between the Gundalians and the Neathians (or should I say between Barodius and the rest of the Gundalians and Neathians combined).
I'm sure it's no surprise to everyone that Dharak lost and Drago won. It wouldn't be the end if the protagonists lost. Well, at least their fight proved entertaining, despite the long history lecture of Code Eve in the beginning. And there are some surprises as well, like Drago having another evolution (again?!) and Linehalt going all bright and angelic and feathery.
With no further ado, here is the finale of the Bakugan: Gundalian Invaders:
Bakugan Gundalian Invaders Episode 39: Destiny Revealed
The third season has a good ending (although it really felt rushed because it's only 39 episodes long). Now we get to anticipate the fourth season. Just one problem: we don't have any previews! I keep on waiting for anything about the fourth season other than a summary, but there's nothing. Oh well, guess all we can do is wait.

It's the second to the last episode, guys! So, as all second to last episodes go, we have a cliffhanger at the end. I would love to go on and on about what happened during this latest episode. But I saw truth when one comment stated that I reveal too much when making a post about an episode. Sorry about that (I do get carried away, don't I?). Well, I'll keep this short so no worries!
Lots of action and Dharak's awesome power sum up this episode. It's like nothing can stop Dharak. The Gundalians are also still continuing their backstabbing habits. In the end, Dan and Drago and Barodius and Dharak are transported by the Sacred Orb to a place (or some kind of transcendent being) called Code Eve. And then.. it's a cliffhanger.

I just wonder about one thing. If Kazarina still lives, she might really have become Barodius' queen. He was really upset when he heard of her death, even ordering Dharak to "kill them all.. for Kazarina."
