i build lots of stuff too i wuld say were even ps how to build a retracting mecanisim 1. replace cap with sharpie cap there easyer to bend bend it so bend it side ways 2 tie string to spring a diffrent 1 so it still launches 3. tie other end to pen cartrige 4 load up and shoot make shure spring was wound up right way it shuld automaticly retracct
