Guaranteed 700g Bakugan!
This episode has the story around Tatsuma being a first time brawler.
The first part shows Tatsuma being so happy when Master Shimo gave him his Guardian Bakugan: Gif Ginryu. He is delighted and excited with the idea of being one of the best brawlers someday. Master Shimo, Harubaru, and Raichi are very happy for him as well. Much to his enthusiasm, Harubaru and Raichi offered to help him mastering his skills. The two then became his mentor for the day; although, both are quite having competitions with themselves too.
Here are the three sets of skills Tatsuma needs to master:
First skill: Stand your Bakutech
Three gate cards are set, and the goal is to make their bakutech stand on each card. Harubaru does the first shooting of his Flare Dragon towards the middle gate card, and making a perfect stop. Then comes Raichi’s Munikis Destroyer which shoots off and stands well beside Flare Dragon. Nice shooting from the mentors. Next, Tatsuma does his brawl with Gif Ginryu (Water Dragon). Gif makes an excellent stop and standing too on another gate card. Seems like he does have good skills too.
Second skill: Critical Course
Four gate cards are lined up in a vertical position. Micah Laurel stands guard on the very first card. Raichi shoots his bakutech and let it stand on the second gate card after Micah Laurel. Impressive! But Haru shows off his own skills too . He shoots off his bakutech hitting 3 dimensions and ends up standing on the third gate card. Great shot! Now, comes the learner Tatsuma. With much confidence, he sets off his own bakutech making it stand on the fourth gate card. Well done for a beginner!
Third Skill: Criticak K.O.
Three gate cards are laid. Flare Dragon and Munikis Destroyer stand on each side. It’s time for Tatsuma to show his own skill on Critical K.O. He shoots water dragon in 3 directions. Eventually, his bakutech hits Flare Drago and taking the gate card of the latter. It was an amazing hit!
Master Shimo is much impressed with Tatsuma’s skills and quick learning. Tatsuma also receives praises from Harubaru and Raichi, who are very glad on how he defeated Flare Dragon.

Here's the Ventus Brawler – Sho Grif!
Sho Grif is the older brother of Koh Grif, and both are members of Team Drago led by Harubaru Hinode. He is known as a sixth grade elementary school student and son of Grif Financial Group chief. In the TV anime series, he looks tall and thin which makes him look younger than his younger brother Koh Grif. Though both are physically opposite, Sho and Koh are mostly seen together. Sho is also affected whenever his younger brother lost in a brawl.
At first, Sho and his brother are not enrolled in BakuTech school. They later do so when Harubaru defeated Koh in a brawl which also anger Sho. Sho isn’t shown in the first two episodes of Bakugan BakuTech, but he'll take part in the adventure of Team Drago in the upcoming episodes. (We'll surely wait for that.)
The Guradian Bakugan of Sho is Van Falco and uses Ventus attribute. His Van Falco is also equip with Falcon Warp, which can only be used before shooting.

The second episode of BakuTech Manga shows Harubaru practicing his shooting skills with Bakugan Flare Dragaon. While on practice, Master Shimo saw Harubaru isn’t doing well at all. It’s ime for Master Shimo to pound in Haru again. The master says some challenging yet encouraging words to Harubaru. I guess, he says that if Haru wants to be the best brawler, he needs to work hard and concentrate. Only then he can achieve his goal. Well, practice makes perfect and that’s what Haru needs to do. While the master still talks, Harubaru found his Bakugan settled on a perfect location. Lucky for him.
Master Shimo then recalls the brawl tournament between Harubaru’s Flare Dragaon and Raichi’s Destroyer Munikis. He remembers how Dragaon defeated Destroyer Munikis. It was one impressive winning.
Next scene shows Haru on a brawling practice once more with his bakugan. And just like the first, he can’t fire it up straight. Instead, the bakugan goes into different directions and ends up hitting him again. Do you know what’s good about it? He sees his Bakugan Dragaon eventually settles in perfectly on top of the Bakugan card. Seems like luck is truly on his side.
Now, comes the test for his brawling skills. Harubaru needs to brawl his Bakugan against another bakugan which was placed still at the end of a runway. Water surrounds the runway, and brawlers including Raichi stand as witnesses.
For the first two rounds, Haru failed. The first try, Dragaon stops just right in front of another Bakugan. The second try, Haru’s bakugan falls down the water in which he needs to rescue. On the third brawl, Dragaon spins with speed and fire of energy hitting the other bakugan and stopping rightly on top of the Bakugan card. His audience stands in awe yet happy for his success.
