yeah im thinking mayby hawklea is an evolution of ingram or ingram is an evolution of hawklea because ingram is special attack and its full name is boost ingram

Actually, the boost in his name is for his special attack, like Heavy Metal Vandarus and Attribute Change Elfin. His real name is just Ingram. Plus, evolutions are just the original name with a prefix/suffix. But still, it's nice to know it's official name is Hawklea.
