There are only 11 Heisei Riders, the rest are from way back when and are decades old (no pun intended)I say start with Kamen Rider Decade to have a look at all the others and then decide what you want to watch from there. Though Kamen RIder W is the BEST.

W is a cool kamen rider series. but my top 5 are #5:Faiz, #4:Kabuto, #3:Ryuki, #2:W, and #1:DECADE, but that's just my opinion
