January 15, 2009 at 3:54 am #227535No, the spinning kind as posted by Admin in this link:http://bakuganbuzz.com/2009-bakugan-battle-brawlers-new-releases/Apparently the Ventus Angelo/Diablo has the highest G power at 760 G's!
January 15, 2009 at 1:33 am #227522I work in software development and have done web programming for several years. I was thinking of building something like this before Christmas (only I was thinking of two databases, one for marbles and one for cards) I personally thought it'd be useful for going to stores, trying to identify Bakugan, figuring out which characters are most powerful, figure out what variation there is in G Power, etc. When I found this site I sort of gave up the idea, because of the individual pages about each character, and the card listings. But if others are interested I could maybe find the motivation to work on it =) I've got a big project at work keeping me busy for the next couple of weeks, but after that I should be a little less busy.
If you need help, do let me know. I'm a computer engineer myself, and would love some experience in this. What language do you plan on writing this in? I was thinking along the lines of PHP/MySQL
January 15, 2009 at 1:32 am #227521Hey Bakudad,I ordered mine from Ebay from a seller in Georgia. Seems like the east coast is getting all the new Bakugans, I wonder if is it because Spin Master is based in NYC?I also ordered the Spinning and angelo/diablos one from ebay. Shipping is free these days, for whatever reason so I am not complaining 😉PS: I know the feeling about being 'embarassed', I'm like the oldest one usually at the bakugan aisle's @ Target or TRU.. besides the parents who tag along with their kids.. haha
January 15, 2009 at 12:01 am #227510Yay at last another Californian. I'm in the South Bay, San Jose region. Welcome!!You're not the only dad I know of that collects it in the area, I think. I was at Toys R Us and there was another dad in the aisle searching for Bakugan for his kid. Haha.. My dad never did those things =pAnyways, welcome to Bakuganbuzz and hope you have a fun, productive time here!
January 14, 2009 at 3:51 am #227490But in Bakugan we use both Bakugan and cards. Do we need a sideboard of Bakugan as well?
January 14, 2009 at 1:01 am #227492I wonder if the Trap bakugan has a name? Or is it just called Trap? And my bad it should be CUBE bakugan..
January 14, 2009 at 12:42 am #227483I wonder if it helps you curve better, so you can land on your gate card.. that would be an 'unfair' advantage..
