The only relation I can see to it is that it's got yellow horns and is darkus. Aside from that, I see no resemblance to Percival.

My 10 year old wants to be putting it on tonight. lol..As to the Drago, I am pretty sure it is neo and I think high h-power, like 750g. I will find out if it has dna sticker.

I watched a vid of somebody who had the glove and he had a neo with a DNA sticker, so I'm guessing it has one...
