That's probably because the feet stabilize and steady the bottom half so the top half can spin more.

Again, alpha percival cyclone looks like a wind up.Although, percival cyclone looks to be a gear type vortex spin.So, don't know what to classify cyclones as....

Well, I'm not completelly sure whether this is new or not.But it seems Target.com has been updated with none other than Cyclone Dragonoid. I know we've seen it before as (Not sure on name) Hyper Dragonoid right?
