MUAHAHAHAHAHA.... only one win....just make sure the banner is not bigger than 300 x 200... reason being the bigger it is the easier it is to make.... so with the size limit it limits you to what you are able to do because if you try to cram too much in a smaller space it end up looking like crap...

Rules clearly state to use ORIGINAL ART/EDITING and not to use those basic banner programs...
