ut hy are a some of them euse numbers, it seems the Viper Helios and Alto Bronts are cards are the same, don't see may (if any) ability's having numbers repeated.

1) Yes, downloading anything that is required to be bought for free (when it isn't a trial/demo) is illegal. If you've ever played ROMs on Emulators fr systems like the SNES or GBA or N64 then thats also illegal unless you actually own the game.2) No
