You have to move a standing Bakugan though… Chances of 3 Bakugan on the field at once aren't that high. Also it says when YOU roll and stand so the opponents turn doesn't count.

It says WITH meaning when you use a Ventus. Also if you read the rest of the card it only makes sense if it's your Bakugan over 100, otherwise it really doesn't make sense.
