February 3, 2009 at 6:19 pm #228274I have not been there since 2005, hence they did not sell bakugan. but most of the stuff is resonably priced, excluding some Pokemon cards. I am pretty sure their website has the same prices, so if you bored, cheak it out. the tournamnets are well run, and always have peple to help the newbs.
February 3, 2009 at 6:07 pm #228271I agree, they have terible online orders, but the actual store is not that bad.
February 3, 2009 at 5:25 pm #228268I have a friend who is trying to get a gaming store off the ground here in NJ. If it happens we will be holding Bakugan Tournaments as well as the standard card/tabletop/video games. That is a problem I found though... Not a lot of hobby stores are really that kid friendly.I know kids are a whole 'nother breed form adult gamers, but I don't understand why most stores exclude games that attract a lot of kids. I can see if $ or space is a problem as far as stocking it...but then having an event will most likely boost sales and gets a more diverse amount of customers into your store. And no.. as far as prices you can't compete with the retail crowd, but by my understanding of hobby stores they generally mark up prices on rares to make up for it. When you have something collectible, certain people are always willing to shell out cash. But now we're just getting off topic...
Well I have two things,1. Where in NJ2. I think toy Wiz should start a tournament. They are always orginized and help full, Plus, they have a good selection of Bakugan.
