That's the same thing I did when I was a kid in my Silver, then my Crystal. Don't remember it working out for me though. Or did it.... Anyway, you should start with the Chikorita, cause it's the best out of all three of them and you'll find it a fun challenge through out the game.

I haven't been playing for awhile, but I got a Modest ExSpeed Dratini, I don't know what to do with it. I killed my Ho-oh, it was being a pain, but I plan on coming back to it and catching it in Jolly/Adamant when I have the time. I'm not all to far, in the Kanto Region now, and up at my 12th Badge right now. All my Pokemon are around 50. Which I find, low.

Thanks, for some reason I thought of an Adamant Ho-oh before catching it, good thing too. Too bad I don't know how to abuse the RNG or Perfect Ho-oh would be beast. Speaking of RNG abusing, anyone know how to actually do it…

Anyone have a good suggestion on the nature I should catch Ho-oh in? Apparently I can't go to the Pokemon League until I catch it….I was thinking Modest, then I came up with Adamant for some reason..

Also I might have caught the shiny Gyara with 3 perfect IVs. Have to daycare it to find out more.

FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU- I kinda hoped at least that the perfect IVs in my Gyarados were in the Atk, but no. Just takes me forever for me to catch it. Trash is the move that always makes it kills itself. Anyway, I'm heading to the Pokemon League.
