So due to a combination of weak search-fu and a bad official website, I can't back this up…But I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that a card that affects a type of Bakugan also affects all evolutions of that type, i.e. Tigrerra affects Blade Tigrerra.

When I was looking in to supplies for my project I found that for the cost of 3 LEDs, 3 resistors, and 1 battery at Radio Shack, I could buy 200 LEDs, 15 resistors and 25 batteries on ebay.
