Um no storm skyress didnt have the jum ability only the regular B1 skyress had it. I think i just keep gettin unlucky.

No, the feather on every Storm Skyress's head is like that. It was meant to popout like that when it is tilted, why, I don't know... It's actually the same as the original Skyress,it was supposed to be that you don't has to pull it out yourself(like Drago's horn), but it's just annoying...
