Sorry, it isn't. Raikou got its own 3 Episode special series with no Ash in sight, so it actually got off the easiest of the legendaries. Heatran just got a raw deal.More like "Sinnoh's Ho-oh?" But Ho-oh was in the first friggin' episode. Hrmm... I guess Heatran just gets the "Raw Deal" status all to itself...Now, now, let me think about it...Articuno: Pwnt in the 2nd movie.
