    probably but i just saw elicos evolution, he has a tail,mouth mask, and more armor, he looks non-machanical, and vulcans evolution didnt change him much, just more bulk, but we can only find out if his arms come off

    But the most important point is...how they can reach these?I think Shadow Vulcan is the mechanical enhancement of Vulcan like Cyborg Helios (if it really appears in the anime)

    shadow vulcan doesnt really sound that mechanical to me, most likely they'll change his name in the show
