yes they are the same size... just that some have molding that keeps the balls from being perfectly round (like Alto Brontes) thus effecting your roll

Darkus:Green,Ventus:White,Haos:Yellowish Orange-ish,Aquos:Silver,and Sub-Terra:Dark Brown.I forgot Pyrus, I think it's yellow, but not sure.

These are the highlights, right?A while ago I got a Ventus Verias that was the normal Ventus color but it had like, an airbrushed effect that was black. Anybody know what this is?

You have to understand that bakugan even if it is targeted for kids, has to mature or evolve so that the current fanbase can grow with it. You can't keep throwing and reusing old material since the current fanbase will get older which means players will get to understand more. Just look at how other sucessful games like pokemon. I remember pokemon during the early sets, simple rules and with simple gameplay buy looking at it now can give you an idea of how far along the game has evolved.If you are worried about the getting too confusing then that is what we the fans are here for. The current fans will make sure the game is as enjoyable to both old and new players. Forums and information sites like the buzz keep the game going and content, feedback, questions and complaints keep the game in check
