YOu can't evolve this pichu. You'll figure out why in a side storywhen you trade it over to HG and SS, but it can't evolve.

Oh it can, you just need to take off the everstone, but don't evolve it. It's not worth it. You trade it over to HG and SS in order to get the Spiky Eared (SE) Pichu. So it needs to stay a Pichu.

Can you Evole the SE Pichu and get a SE Pikachu or SE Richu?

Guys, do you know why after every film or on the first pages of every book, you will find that there's something written there about the characters in the story or film not being about real people or something? It's there for a reason. "Defamation Challenges. OK this is fantasy football:You select your team QB,lineman (Offence&Defence) linebackers,running back ect.And you record their progress over the course of the season. Like passes cought,touchdowns,rushing yards ect. thats pretty much it.;
