We've had enough illegal activity with ROMs, Emulators, and the such. No one gives a care anymore, no matter how many times I say its illegal...

Wow Seiki, really now? They wouldn't be all that coveted if you could get them repeadtedly... And yeah it ALWAYS knows Volt Tackle, ALWAYS holds an Everstone, ALWAYS is Jolly, and is probably always a male. Point is, its always the same and Seiki you either have to restart your game or get two more versions to get the whole family of shinies.NOTE: I don't know if restarting your game will work or not

The background is different in many many places...As I said earlier, I am sorry it's just something that can't be done... at least by me...

You don't have to have the background, it was there when DB made it, but it doesn't need to be in the animation. And he doesn't have to to be holding it. "Verias has the force..." lol
