That's the hint, but not all.I live in Hong Kong, if I buy a Bakugan, with packaging, from USA on ebay and resell it, do you think that Bakugan is fake?Actually, the unrelease Bakugan that is sold by the US seller is directly from the real Bakugan factory in China.

Well, I wouldn't know what to think. If it was still in the original packaging and photographed as such, with the Spinmaster and Sega Toys logos from said packaging depicted in another image, I'd believe they were real.Unfortunately, many of them are "Loose, without cards" which is another sign.

Who cares about Dekas. Theyre a cheap way for SM to get some extra $.

Because they're HYOOJ!! I'm tempted to buy a deka trap if I get tons of christmas money. I know Deka bakugan are illegal because they cover up the whole gate card, but why should deka traps be illegal?

Well, a BakuCore Darkus looks almost exactly like a BakuSteel Darkus, so that would be a no on your question.

I think the real question is whether it is Special Treatment or not.
