A trap must be played b4 any cards are played or resolved ( but you will see and know what is gonna happen from the revealed gate card ) Then you can play an ability card ( or 2 or 3 or none ) And it can still be considered at the beginning of the battle.

Um, no. A trap would be, and is like an ability. Just cause you played a ability card first, dosen't make it the start. You can't just make an exception with a trap. Certain things like those cards don't always work with traps. I reasoned my way through every thing, even with fact, so I believe I won.

K, just cause I can actually reason my argument, and your reason is everybody agrees with you isn't good enough. Here is the definition of "beginning" as quoted from merriam-webster- "the point at which something begins/starts". So when the gate open it begun. The "beginning move was a trap. Anything and everything after is not considered the beginning. Just face it, I showed you every reason why I am correct.

You didn't show me anything. Your incorrect! If I use my BakuTrap then use my ability right after that then it still counts as the beginning.

That wasn't Hynoid. It was Hammersaur or Anchorsaur.

Okay, let me run you through this. I roll, You roll. Gate opens. This is when you would play aquos (the beginning), but you play a trap. Now you play aquos. In "real life" even if you still played that, the sequences would stay the same- Beginning, middle and end. You can't justify that playing a ability after a trap is the beginning can you?

Actually you can justify it. Even Vendetta uses this strategy. And ErnieB said it was allowed. Your outnumbered. Now please just roll.
