first of all no it's not, second, its not a duplicate, all my bakugan were in my used pile so i get them all back, that's what the rules say

You can't. you had that bakugan on that gate card, so that stays on that gate card, but you get your other 2 back

If its got no effect, then it dosn't matter if he wins by 100gs, he won't have to put all his ability cards in his used pile -HEEDIT:No problem Primo, I always look at the brawls, lol

unfortunately for you i read the card, it only works during the battle, my card takes effect after, high voltage, if you win by more then 100 gs, then you send all your abilities to your used pile you gain 200, i gain 250, so you win by over 100 and all your abilities are used.
