October 29, 2009 at 5:02 pm #320902I keep a box full of cards, and another box full of extra copies of cards that I have in the first box. I'm planning on nabbing a Haos binder to start putting my singles in.I have yet to actually trade any of my doubles, though; most often I just give them away to younger players in my area who need them.I'm going to be doing some trading when the Battle Tour comes to my area this weekend though.
October 29, 2009 at 2:44 am #320706I went with Neo Drago. I just think he looks the most balanced.
October 29, 2009 at 2:43 am #320705The question they asked you was who was your favorite out of the season 1 brawlers? Because I can't really tell how you could get a wrong answer out of that…

You are correct!
Since you said core treatment, does that mean it is not special treatment, even though it looks different from a regular Haos bakugan with the dark brush?I consider core to be a special treatment.
Ah, OK. Where I come from, "core" is the word for non-special bakugan. This was before we got the term "Bakucore" as a new type of bakugan.
October 26, 2009 at 3:04 am #318241There are bakugan that have not been released yet called Flare Wilda and Moonlight Monarus. Their pictures on the poster show some part of them glowing. I had guessed before that it was bakugan like these that “Special FX” referred to.

Then it is a Core AO, since there is no brushing on the inside parts. Thanks!
October 25, 2009 at 8:57 pm #317683Amazon.com's listing of the game also led me to believe that the DS version had wifi… which it doesn't. Basically the reason why I bought the game.If you have a card like Color Shift or Color Swap, you may be able to give your Naga an attribute. Cards like Copycat can boost your Naga's G-power regardless of attribute. Gate cards like Spectrum Null Gate and Drain Color can make it so that your opponent's bakugan becomes attributeless as well.Naga isn't useless, just really tricky to use. XD

I'm not exactly sure where to ask about this.I own a Bakusteel Haos Abis Omega with 750G. I purchased it on eBay from a seller who lives in CA. Is this combination fake? If not, has this bakugan been released in NA with that color and G-power?
I would say yes, until someone actually confirms it in stores, we will never know, but at least you have a cool bakugan!!!
After doing a bit of reading I've found that this actually might be a Bakucore AO, not Bakusteel. It is a gray Haos that has had darker gray paint brushed over it. From what I see, Bakusteel are black with a silvery paint brushed over them.
October 22, 2009 at 4:36 pm #314590i still think amaratsu Looks more Alike, Because the Gnoll stands of To legs, and carrys around Axes and all that(ive played Dungeons and Dragons BTW)
Then there's this,
Plus, Amaterasu is the Sun goddess from Japanese mythology, and does not traditionally appear as a canine... I assume you're referring to when she was reincarnated as a wolf in that game Okami.October 22, 2009 at 4:21 pm #314586Tigrerra=Hmm, out of Every Mythical Cryptids i know of, None of them come to mind...Hyniod= Amaratsu(correct me on spelling)
Tigrerra is the Xī Fāng Bái Hǔ.Hynoid is based more on a hyena than a wolf or fox. It may be based on the Gnolls, which are humanoid armored hyena monsters from Dungeons & Dragons.
October 22, 2009 at 1:57 pm #314646Apollo is the Roman name for the sun god, who was called Helios by the Greeks.Lars Lion is repeatedly said to represent Aphrodite, but being a Light warrior and an archer, she has more in common with Artemis the Moon Goddess of the Hunt. Most of the mythology that Bakugan is based on is probably going to come from Japan, at least among the original series bakugan. Frosch the legendary Aquos warrior is a frog because of the Japanese legend of how the croaking of frogs is what brings the rain.Skyress is based on the Phoenix, which in Chinese/Japanese legend is known as Houou and doesn't necessarily have to involve flames.Dragons represent the natural forces and elements, which is why the most important battles in the series tend to occur between draconic bakugan, deciding the fate of the multiverse. The attributes themselves represent the four elements used in pagan beliefs nearly worldwide: Fire, Earth, Wind/Air, and Water. They represent the four directions: South, North, East, and West, respectively. The remaining two, Haos and Darkus, are non-traditional elements that also have directions: Light is upward and Darkness is downward.Adding on to that...There was an episode of the first season of the anime where Dan and Runo battled two magicians. The Japanese title for this episode was Tiger and Dragon. The tiger and dragon represent opposing forces in Buddhist cosmology, typically a practical mentality versus a free-spirited one (think about how often Runo and Dan used to fight). In the end, Runo and Dan ended up as a couple, enforcing the idea by the end of the series that everything had come back to balance and order.Gorem is a Golem. In the Japanese language, there is no letter L, so anything with an L tends to replace it with an R. Golem, Gorem. They are earthen warriors, typically gigantic, which are summoned out of the ground to come to one's aid. More practical ones are simply put together out of mud and clay and are enchanted to guard and protect a person or place.Preyas... is basically a chameleon. He may be Aquos because of how water is believed to be mutable and take on many forms (steam, liquid, ice, etc.)
