Well SM is all about the money now. If they actually were concerned about the game then they could have started clarifying how some cards and marbles are played and provided this information from their site. As of now they don't seem to care as kids or collectors are mostly happy with just buying and collecting bakugan. A good example of a solid franchise is pokemon, yugioh and magic: the gathering. If you go to the website of these franchises or even fan sites you'll get access to a lot of information and support for their product and will notice a very solid fanbase. This is because the creators of the game provide good support for it, rulings are posted, localized events everywhere, info on upcoming products…etc. What SM has been doing lately is trying to create as much products as they can and sell as fast as they can. It is a little sad right now because I see a lot of potential of this game with the toy and card format but SM has been very focused on making $$.

okey i just got confused from the colorthe attribute is subterra and the inside is ventusao that must mean what ever sub terra bakugan i use it for is changed to ventus correct ???

Correct. I think the rule of thumb is the Bakugan's original or starting attribute is always the attribute you can see when you close the bakugan and have it in ball form.

I grabbed the BakuSteel Battle Pack from TARGET and I think it was a poor excuse for a Battle Pack. I did not get a single bakugan with 600g power or more.Other Bakugan:Darkus Klawgor - 510gAquos Dual Elfin - 530g

Search @ ebay for “Bakugan B3” and you'll get some listings for the new B3 series featuring bakuSteel, BakuCrystal, BakuFlip and BakuCore.

You also need to keep in mind that the EVO packs are limited edition and are exclusive to a certain retailer. The B3 series is going to be the main stream series that is coming out so they will sold to any retailer who sells bakugan which means they'll be on the shelves for quite some time.

Did you also notice the quality of the cards? I remember seeing a better print on these dollar tree booster card packs. The overall print is not as dark as the ones that came out with the newer bakugan products. Could they have repacked these from the overruns for the sets we see in these packs?

The Walmart evo packs are an awesome addition to any collection. With the news of the B3 series, these evo packs might be out of production already and thus making it more valuable to any collector. I love the ingrams, hydranoids and even Dan's subterra set is awesome. Havent opened the marucho sets but attribute change elfins and preyas are the best bang for your buck.

How many packs did you open? I purchased 45 pcs of these packs and it seems I saw all the cards you listed. I know I left around 20+ more but I wanted to know if there is still a chance of different card contents.

Remember target's sale date for starters ends on 10/19 which a day before the the release of the video game, Maxus drago is set for official release this coming 5th and so far every store has most of the old stuff on sale or on clearance.

IMHO I think this is a new core set. This new set is what we call from other collectible games as the “base set” of a new series which means all of it are newly released.

I like the shun one best, than masquerades, then maruchos, then dans.

Moral here: Dan's Pack SUCKS! I think the only worth while one of the pack is Appolonir, because Appolonir is awesome!

It was disappointing. They should have atleast bumped the G power.

OK Im a little late here so this new set features all bakusteel series bakugan? AND can I say it again that SM SUCKS REALLY BAD with distribution and marketing. I mean this is another "Gotcha!" release like the evolution pack (bakusteel is coming!...no wait..Maxus Drago is on pre-order?? oh wait it came out?? ... no wait ... Evolution packs came out! ?? wow ...no wait ... BakuCrystal is coming out?!!!).

600 rare for a started? I hope you are kidding.

No I mean two 600g+ powered bakugan in 1 starter. I usually never buy starters packs because you would end up getting the two low g-power versions of the bakugan in the pack.
