December 3, 2009 at 11:15 pm #347560Opened the Moonliit Monarus. The Head lights up and flashes. To stop from lights flashin simply close the bakugan to ball form. A screw is seen at the back of the head. Probably for replacing the battery. It has 710 G power. Neat. Btw. SM Scores two thumbs up from me.
December 3, 2009 at 11:02 pm #347544The Production Date Stamp is 910 so if your store has no more of SA's then a good chance these will come up.

December 3, 2009 at 8:46 pm #347390the only change in price we've had down here is starter going from 8 to 11.97
Ouch that is a $4 increase. The sad part about it is bakugan is not as popular as it needs to be in certain areas so the price increase will only mean that the items will get stuck longer on the shelves for other retailers.
December 3, 2009 at 3:49 pm #347348If all the new SA's and traps are out then we might get the so called “BakuDino” this month. I dont think SM is going to sit around and let December pass without getting as much stuff as possible. The B3 second wave had a production date code of 911 which is just last month and this means they are moving items as fast as they can. The only sucky part (I hope SM is paying attention) is that retailers have no clue what is new. My target is probably going to be stuck with what they have for 2 weeks. FYI Retailers monitor what is in stock and what is out of stock. The problem is sometimes items have the same store code and old items carry the same code as the new ones which means if some old stuff are stocked on the shelves and dont get sold then their system will always see the items are in stock and no new stock will arrive at the store. The ONLY store to get a chance to get the new ones are the Walmart supercenters which have been very good with keeping items in stock. I think they are restocking bakugan 3 times a week in my area. Im really tempted to clean one target store out just to see what they'll restock and just return the items before christmas.

I found out a trcik for that. Just roll your bakugan RELLY hard towards it and it should move it back just enough so it'll act as a stopper and your bakugan should either ope or stop on the card counting as a stand.
Yeah, Well that doesnt work with Atmos, Ive tried, it rotates him, and Its sucks, who else is a good blocker, oh, Verias, if you can get him sideways, its so hard to dodge him!
Freezer is a good blocker. The arms spread out evenly and make it almost impossible to position your bakugan. I played with my kid earlier and he was annoying and he was not even dead center on the card.
December 3, 2009 at 5:17 am #346514Bakufrost has hit DFW, Texas. Got a starter pack.750 Haos Abisomega750 Aquos Atmos520 Darkus Myriad Hades
That is the starter combination that I am looking for.I know for a fact that each B3 case combination has 4-6 versions (for each wave)1 case with 2 of each BakuLyte,BakuClear, or whatever special treatment should have a different packing combination from another case.
December 3, 2009 at 5:12 am #347248You guys are lucky. All we have are BakuBronze tins. Does anyone want to trade a B3 starter for a Flip or Pearl Tin ?
December 2, 2009 at 11:00 pm #346950Nice Find! Too bad my target just got fully stocked with the Pyrus hylashes, Haos El Condor and Ventus Metalfencer batch. The only way I can get them to bring these out is if I buy all the traps in stock and return them later on. LOL.
December 2, 2009 at 9:02 am #346725Let me just start off by saying, I think Bakugan are cool. My son and I have just started getting into them, and we really like the concept, the marbles themselves are both clever, and really cool-looking.However, as a veteran of several collectible games over the years, I find it baffling how shoddy a job they do with explaining gameplay and rules for this game. Sure there are great websites like this one that try to answer various questions, and there will always be odd situations that come up that couldn't have ALL been foreseen, BUT it seems like there is a basic level of design that is lacking when you are releasing a product, its already on the shelves, and nobody knows what it actually DOES in the game. People shouldn't HAVE to come on-line and search to find out, for instance, whether a BakuFrost bakugan acts like a Pearl. There should be rulings about that kind of stuff BEFORE the product comes out, and those should either be included with the product itself, or in a clear, well-organized section on a official website. I've been to the official website, and they have an FAQ, but it seems to be missing an awful lot of stuff that it SHOULD have.Am I alone in my frustration that it seems like I am just left to make up stuff as I go along (not that that isn't fun, too, but it tends to lead to arguments when playing with somebody else)?
I feel exactly the same way after getting into this game. With my experience in Mtg and Pokemon, I was disappointed to realize how disorganized the game rules have been. SM has been very lazy and so far has not seen the potential of their toy (I think SM still considers bakugan a toy IMHO). Bakugan should be in the category of "Collectible Toy" game or "Collectible Table-Top" game but its not. So far the game has been shifted to "make-as-many-bakugan" possible to sell and make money. One thing they do not realize is that organized play is the key to a collectible game. Pokemon, Yugi-oh and MAgic the Gathering all have well established organized play and the support is amazing which has lead to continued success for those games. They've done well in pushing new items which keeps the collecting aspect enjoyable but the real bakugan game is almost non-existent. I used to play with my kid and we've ended up more on collecting than playing which is really sad because of the amazing potential the game has. I know SM owns a lot of franchises but bakugan has a potential to out live the other franchises because it can have a solid following for years to come. Lets not make bakugan similar to Popular toys like "Transformers" & "GI Joe" which are seasonal. Im not going to be surprised when they just start gathering dust on the shelves once the fad is gone.
