LOL, this looks exactly like BakuganCollectorX's fan mode that she called "Tower of Power" or "Power Tower" something like that except you added the hounds as arms.

Soyeah I woke up at 12 last night cause I was sleeping all day. At 1 I went to get some soda, at 2 I went to get some fewd, and at 3 I started drawing this dude. Finished at about 5. Lewk at epic.Like the title says, I made this on teh comput0rz. Corel Painter Essentials 4.

Th ecial treatment are translucents, thats the only thing about Neon and Glow. Neon Bakugan are brighter "neon" translucents while Glo Bakugan are darker Translucents. Glo Bakuan, sadly, do not low in the dark.
