You can sell them in lots. Have like a lot of 10 for 20$. You can either post them on ebay or even here if you want.

Well I have no friends who play, otherwise that would be the easiest option. And it's not like they are really rare or special so i cant see anyone wanting them on ebay or craigslist, and no i dont think Im gonna burn them, i dont want them to all go to waste.
