So right after work tonight 911Cats and I decided on a whim to stop by the local Target store on the way home. As usual we made a bee line straight for the toy department to check if any new baku-shipments had arrived. Instead of just the usual couple of new boosters we normally see our eyes beheld an amazing sight... TRAPS! I scored a Ventus Carlsnaught and a Sub Terra Zoack! Then my loving amazing wife had an epiphany... "Hey, if Target got traps in, maybe Toys R Us did too?" "Maybe... Let's go look!" I replied. So down the street we went to our local baku-outlet to see what they had in stock. Again right in the door we made our way straight to the baku-section, both giggling like tweens at a Jonas Brothers concert. We hit baku-pay dirt! Not only did they have traps, but they also had new special attacks! We each scored an Aquos Epsilon trap, Special attack g power change Haos Elfin(s?) (340g, 570g, 660g), Sub Terra Heavy Metal Vandarus (640g), Pyrus Boost Ingrams (660g), Darkus Preyas II's (which are 680g and 510g BTW), Pyrus AND Haos Scorpiod traps, as well as Darkus Serpenoid traps. Also my wife got a Haos, Darkus, Aquos, Pyrus, Sub Terra, and Ventus Special attack spinning Dragonoids. All in all we spent over $160 on bakugan this evening! Maybe we went alittle over board.. who knows? But we both got some kick a$$ marbles tonight! Ah... to be a "grown-up" with disposable income... LOL

yeah i keep going back and watching it to re clarify the new rules. ( and yes traps are in there ) and i bought the dvd like 1-2 weeks before the sale as well LOL

Also SM is supposed to be sending me a full retailers catalog for all the new fall merchandise as well as the newer stuff being released at the end of the month! Also, Megan our sales rep confirmed that they're currently working the script for an official Bakugan movie due out hopefully before Christmas! Sweet, huh?!?!?

Yes, Translucents are similar to Clears as they can take on their opponent's attribute, but have a one-up as they have the choice of their own attribute to gain G-Power bonuses from instead. (

So the attribute doesn't actually change, only the gate attribute does... It didn't matter anyway.. I still schooled her!

following timing and from what i gather ( im getting it clarified - hopefully ) when battle starts ( gate card flipped ) the dual then chooses an attribute to become. So once timing allows ability cards to be played, the dual would just be considered the attribute it chose.

Err... not what I meant.I mean if the Dual Att Bakugan is NOT the one standing rather if it is sitting in your used or unused pile. These cards call on you to count the number of attributes or colors you are using "in the game".If a Dual counts as both, you coulds technically be playing 5 different attributes in a single 3 Bakugan game.
