Using one attribute has the plus of making it easy for your card choices to work with any of your bakugan. However, the flip side is that it allows your opponents cards to affect all of your bakugan as well. ( cards that refer to a certain attribute ).

Come down here, they have tons of Subterra Bakugan. Subtera's not a very liked Attribute here in Missouri.

Just saying, if you ever come to Missouri for some reason, they have ton's of Subterra Bakugan here.

No, it's whatever attribute the marble is. Like if you;re using a Subterra PreyasmII, both sides are Subterra.

Ability Card activate! Magnetic Action! You move to my gate card. Gate card open! Nemus! Haos gains 120, but is doubled to 240 because I'm using a Nemus. Subterra gains 100, putting my Nemus in the lead.
