The regular rules online are that your bakugan only goes to the used pile after it's been beaten by a brawl or sent there by a card's effect. Didn't you know that?

BAkugan brawl 720g Haos Mega Nemus stand on my card. Gate card Open Bakugan Swap. Now we send these bakugan to the used pile and put in one from our unused pile. I'll put in my 770g darkus Alpha Percival and you only have one bakugan left in your unused pile so you have to put in your 250g darkus saurus. Any objections?
