    I've never heard of Lionel Kiddie City. I'm only 14, though. Unless he means a different type of toy store.

    Mascot was a kangaroo and slogan/song was " Let lionel kiddie city turn that frown, upside down." But they went out of business over 20 yrs ago

    I own 2 businesses.Ones a delivery company (I wont name it so dont ask)And the other is a Custom Automotive Paint shop. I paint cars and motorcycles...lol. Yeah!

    Im actually looking for a paint job for a motorcycle.....

    Even if it was Hyper Dragonoid, Drago is still a Dragonoid, so it would still evolve into Hyper Dragonoid.
