Even though Julie can be a scatterbrain, she competes along with the best Bakugan Brawlers. She is a Subterra Battler. Julie tends to act happy and is a bubbly extrovert.

Season 1
- Julie is a big fan of Dan's and is very open about it. It seems like she hates Runo at first because she wants Dan to herself, but this act mellows down as time goes by.
- She had to fight her friend Billy when he was on Masquerade's side. She was disheartened and cried when he refused to leave Masquerade after she and Shun defeated him and Komba.
- She was the first to brawl against Dan to help Drago evolve.
- She likes to stand on Gorem's shoulder when they brawl sometimes.
- Julie is considered to be the most powerful of the female brawlers in season 1 with her combination of power and strategic battling.
- She and Billy agreed to go out after the problem with Hal-G and Naga.

Season 2 (New Vestroia)
- All the original brawlers make their appearances in the second season, but Runo, Julie, and Alice only have minimal roles this time. Ace, Mira, and Baron takes up their respective Attributes in this season.
- Julie is staying at Runo's and helping at the restaurant for the time being.
- She and Billy are still boyfriend-girlfriend, with Billy traveling all over the world and only appearing in two episodes this season.
- Julie greatly helped Mira in her battle against Gus, proving that she's still a master at Subterra brawling.
- Nearing the end, Gorem and Tigrerra announced that they will only battle when necessary, as they have not evolved and will only put Julie and Runo at risk when brawling.

Season 3 - Gundalian Invaders
- Julie is also in the third season, although it seems she doesn't brawl anymore and Gorem may have returned to New Vestroia.
- She was the one who introduced Jake and Dan to each other, and she passed the baton to Jake as the Subterra brawler in the team.
- She significantly helped Jake in finding his own brawling style, which led Jake to confidently win his battles.
