I was looking through the Official Guide book and I can tell you now that Aquos Skyress does not exist in the game, and Fortress neither I think. All the partner Bakugan are their official Attributes only from what I could understand from the guide, because it listed what Attributes a Bakugan came in and from what I saw they were only the original Attributes. I don't believe Manion comes in Aquos either, and Manion only comes in the TRU versions and you get them for free in its available Attributes. And then I don't think the Legendary Soldiers even exist in the game.
